BLURB:

Dear Bridget,

I’m writing this letter because it’s highly doubtful I’ll ever garner the courage to say this to your face.

So, here goes.

We’re totally wrong for each other. You’re the proper single mum with a good head on your shoulders. I’m just the carefree British doctor passing through town and temporarily living in your converted garage until I head back to England.

But here’s the thing… for some bloody reason, I can’t stop thinking about you in very inappropriate ways.

I want you.

The only reason I’m even admitting all of this to you right now is because I don’t believe it’s one-sided. I notice your eyes when you look at me, too. And as crass as I appear when we’re joking around about sex, my attraction to you is not a joke.

So, what’s the purpose of this note? I guess it’s a reminder that we’re adults, that sex is healthy and natural, and that you can find me just through the door past the kitchen. More specifically, it’s to let you know that I’m leaving said door cracked open from now on in case you’d like to visit me in the middle of the night sometime.

No questions asked.

Think about it.

Or don’t.

Whatever you choose.

It’s doubtful I’ll even end up sliding this letter under your door anyway.

A sexy single English doctor, A beautiful widowed single mom, what could go wrong?

These two authors never cease to amaze me with their talent for writing fast paced sexy rom coms and this book is no different.

As a single mom, Bridget has to be the sensible one. She has responsibilities and a child who is her number one priority. She takes her responsibility seriously and has to lear that it is ok to have her own needs met too. Particularly in the bedroom! It has been a long time for her and she needs to get past the feeling that she is cheating on her deceased husband.

Simon is a stereotypical single looking for a good time guy who also happens to be a doctor with one month of his internship left before he goes home to England. He is not looking for a relationship and certainly does not want children at this time in his life.

These characters are a perfect recipe for some fun times, witty banter, humongous sexual tension & lots of laugh out loud moments. The two authors have once again hit it out of the ballpark putting together a story that will have you frantically turning the pages until the very end.

Once again, these two amazing authors come together and deliver a darn good book! I thought the characters were interesting and their first encounter was hilarious! The beginning of the story just grabbed your attention and made it hard to stop. But as the story progressed, it seemed to be missing something. The story just sort of plateaued, until towards the end we got a little twist to the story but even that didn't stay will be for too long. There were parts of this story that I loved and there were parts where I wished a little more that happened. But overall, I did enjoy the book! The writing was fantastic. These two authors work seamlessly together and I enjoy what they come up with.
