Synopsis:

Brooklyn James should know better.
Born into Hollywood royalty, the brooding prince has a reputation as being a player. A manwhore. A womanizer.
Adoring fans are his thing.
His best friend’s little sister is not.
Even thinking about her the way he is isn’t cool.
Not cool at all.
And yet every time she pouts those sexy lips at him, she turns him inside out. Makes him harder than he’s ever been. Drives him to the brink of insanity.
Amelia Waters has always idolized her big brother, and the last thing she wants to do is disappoint him.
Falling for her brother's ex-roommate is off-limits.
She knows this, but she can’t help herself.
The way Brooklyn looks at her with those smoldering blue eyes makes her wet in an instant. Turns her into a shivering, shaking mess of sexual frustration. And soon the idea of spreading her legs for him is the only thing she can think about.
She wants him.
He wants her.
When they finally decide to give in to their insane attraction, they agree it will remain between them. That their illicit affair will be short-term. No strings. No baggage. No messy ending.
But when the first night of mind-blowing sex leads to another, and another still, how long can the endless hookups go on before Amelia’s brother finds out? Or worse yet, before feelings develop?
Brooklyn and Amelia know they need to walk away from each other before either of those things happens.
The problem is doing it.
Talk about a mess.
Hollywood Prince is a sexy, standalone, contemporary romance about a bad boy and the off-limits girl who steals his heart.

Hollywood Prince...Another amazing book from Kim Karr!!! It is fun and flirty and wickedly hot!!! Every girl dreams of her fairy tale happily ever after and this is Amelia's fairy tale. Maybe not the most conventional fairy tale, but a fairy tale none the less. Who says the bad boy can't be your prince charming?

From beginning all the way to the end, I didn't want to put this book down. I loved reading about Amelia and Brooklyn! There are secrets, lies, deception throughout the story that makes is fun to read. They had this forbidden romance that added to the hidden danger of will they get caught. But I love that moment when both characters realize that they are actually meant to be together. It just puts a smile on my face, every time! These two find themselves is some very hot and heavy moments! And with Amelia and Brooklyn it worked!

This book is a standalone, focusing on Brooklyn and Amelia's story but we do get characters from Kim Karr's two previous novels, No Pants Required and Bedwrecker. I also highly recommend those books as well. The author did a fantastic job delivering a fun, sweet, hot and romantic story!

This is one of those series where somehow the stories continue to get better and better. You think the one you just read is your absolute favorite until you read the next. Then that's your favorite and the pattern continues. That seems to be the case with all of Kim Karr's books for me. I've been doing this ever since I read Connected. River was my favorite. No one could top him. Then she continued to give us hero after hero that was swoon worthy, broody, alpha males to the truest extent. So I've thought of an idea so that no one feels left out. THEY'RE ALL MY FAVORITES!!! Maybe Brooklyn a little more at the moment though.

Brooklyn and Amelia are a lot more alike than they think. When you're looking at them you'd never guess so, but once that top layer is peeled away you can clearly see the similarities. Both have strained relationships with one of or both parents. Both are in careers that are nothing like what they want. Both are pushing away from something that could be one of two things; awe-inspiringly beautiful or completely devastating.

I read slow. This is nothing new. For some reason though, I really took my time with Hollywood Prince. I seemed to have just grabbed ahold of these characters and I wasn't willing to let go, not quickly at least. This story was absolute perfection. Amelia and Brooklyn grew so much, matured in a way that benefited them both, in ways that made them take charge of their own lives and start living for them not for anyone else. It was beautiful to witness. That's the thing about a good book, if written correctly and timed right, it plays like a movie for me in my head. I envision the characters, the scenes, the emotions so clearly written, and it all adds up and creates this beautiful world that I escape to. That's what Kim Karr's stories do for me. She provides the complete experience for me. That's why I'm addicted to her words.
