Speechless. This book had left me speechless. These characters are very well developed and addictive. Adam with his brooding and his nice little compartments. Mia is still struggling with her past, but has a whole lot of love to give. The chemistry between these two is off the charts. There is a lot of drama to keep you on the edge of your seat, biting your nails and chewing your lip. The story takes several twists and turns, keeping you on your toes. I can safely say that I am invested in the outcome of this story and am off to read the next book so I can see what happens.

Okay first of all, I didn't know what to do with this story.

I liked the storyline of this book, it was filled with so much drama and angst and romance and really hot sex!

Adam is this Tall, Dark Handsome hard-working father, raising his two kids all by himself. But also seems like a deeply troubled man. When he meets Mia its like he has this struggle of going after what he wants but also about just leaving her alone

Mia has been through so much heart ache and drama that she is just fine on her own with her beloved Brady and her sweet little students.

But they couldn't deny the chemistry between them and the attraction. But there was so much more to this story.
Adam is clearly hiding something and with Mia's past relationships issue of doubt can she trust him wholeheartedly or will he break her heart.

Mia I just don't know if I liked her character. She annoyed me a bit. Once their relationship started, I felt like for someone who had trust issues she just made a lot of allowances for him. And she just accepted whatever he told her.

But when you eventually learn the Big Secret you will not believe it.

So like I said Drama/Sex/Suspense and so much angst you will not want to put it down. And that ending. Holy Smoke

I am excited to see where this is going... So on to the next Book!

This story left me heartbroken. Everything was going along great, then BAM! My god, I did not see that coming. By the end I hated Adam. Looking back, there were one or two clues that I missed that might have prepared me for the way this installment would end.  It was like a car wreck that you can't look away from. The story is chock full of drama, with a very addictive storyline. The more I read, the more I craved those scenes. I kept waiting for Mia to knock the shit out of Gina. The emotional level of this story is off the charts. I am off to read book 3 now. I can't wait to see how their story ends. I will be staying up all night to find out!

Review by: Erin

Well, it was a long road and took a while, but Adam is finally back in my good graces. It happened at about 3am. It was worth every minute of lost sleep. These two characters have made their mark on my heart. Their story is so emotional it will take its toll on you. The story is so detailed and descriptive that you will feel as if you are in the same room with them. I felt every emotion as it happened. I cried, I laughed, I yelled a few times. The ending was even better than I had hoped for. A definite must read, especially if you are like me and like long series for the same characters.
