OMG this book! It's been awhile since I've read this author and I'm ashamed to admit I'd forgotten just how freaking good J Daniels is.
When I first began this book I thought I was going to really hate Jamie McCade. He was so cocky and acted like a huge jerk. But as I read a whole different side was revealed. Then I began to think, is Jamie really what I'm reading?
Tori was a little different. She seemed as if she had her life figured out. Seemed happy where she was and with what she was doing. Then Jamie burst into her neat orderly world and all he** broke lose.
The things she did to try and get Jamie away from her made me laugh out loud.
Hit The Spot was a book I devoured. It's full of fun and angst and Jamie never gives up and doesn't know the meaning of the word no.
I wish Tori would've given in a bit sooner though. And Jamie's surfer dialogue got a bit tedious. I understand why, but the missing words annoyed me after a fashion.
This book once again shows how J Daniels shines in a world full of words.

This book follows 4 letter word and is a Dirty Deeds Novel!!! Here we learn more about Jamie and Tori! They were in 4 Letter Word but were just friends of the main characters! This book is their story and it's one of Chase! Like Cat and Mouse...Jamie is the Cat and Tori is the mouse! Although Tori is more in denial of her feelings and likes to be chased! Their story is full of games literally a challenge for the 1st to cave in to want sex but little did they know there was way more beneath just sex! Their chemistry is hot but a tease at the same time!
This was a easy read and full of dirty sexy and at times a bit twisted ...I had a hard time reading Tori say no and Jamie not stop! In all ways when a girl says stop the man should respect her and stop but that was the only down side to this book!
I love J Daniels and this book was def a hot and sexy read!!! Dive in!!

Tori and Jamie. Jamie and Tori. Seriously these two have the hottest love hate ever! They torment each other on the daily...him with his sexy in-your-face comments and her with her rapid fire insults. But once these two decide to bet that each other cant "hit the spot" either on their own or with someone else, sparks fly and ignite the whole town.
I loved the small taste we got of there two in "4 Letter Word", but here they really got to fly as the main characters. They had freedom to navigate their own relationship and work out all the kinks, both in and out of the bedroom, they both had. Tori is a strong character who seems to be sure she knows what she wants. Jamie is a bulldozer of lust ready to make sure her mind isn't set on anyone but him.
I LOVE J. Daniels' words but this one was a little short for me. Her writing is there, as always but the story line was lacking that chemistry she's known for. It seemed that Tori wanted to check out Jamie but it felt forced a little and he was a pushy main character. I continue to be amazed by the author's ability to write such amazing words and entrance me into her story lines. She has fantastic flow and a great style that keeps me coming back for more and more! I can't wait until her next book to suck me in.
