RYKER
Cold Fury, #4
Sawyer Bennett
Releasing Sept 8th, 2015

The rugged men of the Carolina Cold Fury hockey team are winning hearts once again in another scorching novel from New York Times bestselling author Sawyer Bennett.

The stakes have never been higher for Carolina Cold Fury goalie

Ryker Evans. With his contract running out, he’s got a year left to

prove he’s still at the top of his game. And since his wife left him,

Ryker has been balancing life as a pro-hockey star and a single

parent to two daughters. Management is waiting for him to screw

up. The fans are ready to pounce. Everybody’s taking dirty shots—

except for the fiery redhead whose faith in Ryker gives him a fresh

start.

As the league’s only female general manager, Gray Brannon has

learned not to mix business with pleasure. And yet even this tough,

talented career woman can’t help breaking her own rules as she

gives Ryker everything she’s got. She hopes their hot streak will

last forever, but with Ryker’s conniving ex plotting to reclaim her

man, the pressure is on Gray to step up and save a tender new love

before it’s too late.

To say Ryker is panty melting hot would be an understatement! I think I said this in my last Cold Fury review but each book truly gets better and better. This book is crazy hot with a side of sweet.

I love all the heroine's in this series. They are all uniquely amazing, but my favorite has to be Gray. She is such a strong person and so smart. She a GM in a male dominate occupation. It takes a lot of lady balls to do that! She is a woman to look up to.
Then there is Ryker...hot hockey player...YES PLEASE! I don't know what it is about single father's but there's something that kind of makes them more appealing. I've gotten use to reading about single father's in books and I really enjoy them. You wouldn't think someone as big, with the nickname Brick, would be so sweet and caring. But Ryker was all of that and more.

I really enjoyed the story line and it was well written, like all Sawyer Bennett's books! Everything flowed nicely and I was engaged from beginning to end. Ryker is the fourth book in the Cold Fury series and can be read as a standalone, but you don't want to miss out on any of these Cold Fury men!

This is the Fourth installment of the Cold Fury and in my opinion,

the best one yet.

Ryker Evans is a new single father and struggling to figure out how

to take care of two very small, very adorable daughters; Ruby and

Violet make Ryker's world turn. And I've got to say it was so much

fun reading how very young, small females can turn even the

biggest, baddest man into jello.

Not only does Ryker have to worry about his girls, but he's also the

replacement goalie. Yeah, his stats are off the charts but when

you're considered an "old man" in a field full of younger guys, he

has to work harder, be stronger and keep his shite together.

Too bad the new GM of the Fury is making him take his eye off the

goal.

Gray Brannon has always been into hockey.

She's got the medals to prove it too.

When her Dad steps down from the General Manager position; it

only makes sense that he names Gray as his successor.

She's got a whole lot of the girl thing going on and she's bad-ass

enough for the job too.

But the real work will be proving it to not only the rest of the suits,

but also to the team.

Misgivings, prejudice and all around stubbornness color her rise as

GM of the Cold Fury. But she's got the time and patience to try and

turn everyone around. The only one that seems to be behind her is

Ryker.

He's tall, dark and sexier than any one man should be. And he puts

her in a very shaky position.

Trying to keep their budding relationship on the down-low and

Ryker's ex from trying to worm her way back into his life has the

couple dealing with more than just Hockey.

But danger from an unexpected source has Ryker rethinking

everything.

Ryker is one bad ass Daddy.

Sawyer Bennett out wrote herself when she made Ryker

He's everything every woman in the world wants. Including me.

Firstly I need to say...I love the Cold Fury Series and each book gets better and better. Ryker is my favorite to date, he is HOT, Single Daddy to two gorgeous girls.

No words will justify this book, it was an awesome read and every single female needs to read it, hell every male needs to read it to get an idea how to be a man!!!

Ryker and Gray's story is awesome, Sawyer Bennett did such an amazing job with this storyline.

My advice to you read it, you will love it.

This is a series that I have followed from Book 1 and I have to say
this book is my favorite.

You have Ryker Evans the Hot hokey player for the NHL. But he’s
more than that he’s also a single dad that his sole purpose is his
girls. While he is learning to be a single dad of 2 girls while also
dealing with the aftermath of his divorce he is fighting to keep his
job as lead goalie.

Gray Brannon Is the new GM of the Cold fury hokey team. 1st
female GM to take on this role in what is a boys club. She knows
what she wants to do and how to get there but what she doesn’t take
in account is the feelings that she gets whenever she is around a
certain goalie.

Together they find themselves in a relationship that they shouldn’t
be having but can’t help. Can the 2 of them overcome other people
trying to tear them apart as well as keeping it hidden from the
prying eyes of the media? Or will a certain person that holds ill
feelings toward Gray get to her before they can figure out that they
want to be out in the open with their relationship? Find out in this
thrilling story of love.
