Five minutes until the interview begins.

Fresh on the heels of her college graduation, Cameron Heart has landed an interview at a prestigious architecture firm.

Four minutes until the interview.
She knows she’s only there because the owner, Grayson Cole, is her older sister’s friend.
Three minutes.
For the last seven years, Grayson has been the most intimidating man Cammie has ever had the pleasure, or displeasure, of being around.
Two Minutes.
But the job opportunity is too good to pass up. So, Cammie will have to ignore the fact that Grayson is handsome enough to have his own national holiday.
One.
After all, she shouldn’t feel that way about her new boss. And, he will be her new boss.

“I’m not scared of you,” I said with a confident smile.
“Perhaps we should fix that, Ms. Heart. Close the door.”

~ Review by Amy ~
“You’ve always been someone who interests me”. WOW!!! This book was an amazing glimpse into the world of Grayson and Cameron. The raw and sheer magnitude of their relationship as it developed through the years was so beautiful to see. The development of the two as individuals and as professionals was courageous and strong. This book was as easy as it was powerful to read.

I was so blown away by the sheer magnitude and volume Grayson Cole speaks. He commands a room with just presence. He creates a safe and alluring space in which he observes and protects those close. Grayson created that space for only one and watching that space become occupied by that one was breathtaking.

Seeing Cameron realize her purpose brought meaning to the core of the book. She saw her goal, her purpose and went for it with so much drive and tenacity. She went for the ultimate prize more than once and made it her passion to grab it. She grew so much in this book both professionally and emotionally.

The Design was an easy fun book that was a thrill to read. It had angst and drive and offered a sexy twist. Reading Grayson and Cameron blast the pages of this book was fantastic. I enjoyed this read and recommend it completely. Total 4 star read all the way!

I love R.S. Grey's writing style ..her books are  interesting and enjoyable...I wish I could've connected more with these 2 leads though ...
Cammie was a tad bit annoying at times..if I'm being honest ...I loved that she was a hard worker though and had goals of Paris she was trying to achieve
Grayson ..I wasn't really sure what to make of him ..half the time..I didn't feel like I got enough of his personality until towards the end ..
I did love the story line though & her words and the story both flow well ..Brooklyn and Cammie's sister relationship was fun to read..their back and forth ...was entertaining ..parts of the book are pretty funny ..the banter between characters...enjoyable to read..
Cammie can be a little spitfire for sure... over all a GOOD read....

~ Review by Sam ~

This new standalone novel by R.S Grey is exactly what I needed to get me out of my book funk. Her writing is so relatable and easy to be captured by.
I will be diving into "The Duet" (Brooke and Jason's story) as soon as possible because they are the secondary characters in this book, so they play a huge part of the story, I wish I had read it previously.
This is Cammie and Grayson's story.
Cammie is fresh out of college, chasing her dreams, to meet her ultimate goal.....PARIS! She made me laugh out loud with her translations, banter and fierce character. The relationship between Cammie and her sister Brooklyn was absolutely real and such a beautiful thing. They are each other's everything since the loss of their parents and I loved their LOVE and protection for each other.
Grayson....the CEO of the biggest architecture firm in the city, admits to always wanting Cammie since he can remember. He has known Cammie a long time, but had never acted out his feelings, but has watched her from afar. A spark between two characters builds, delivers and gave me everything I wanted from this story.
There are twists and turns in this novel, there is a lot of intensity between two characters you absolutely route for, and serious sexual tension that left me a molten mess!
Secrets are also revealed that left my jaw to the floor, there are so many laugh of loud moments, and this really is a great read. The reasons for Cammie becoming an architect made me extremely emotional, and when the reasons are revealed to Grayson it really put the icing on the cake for me!
4 BEAUTIFUL, HILARIOUS, CHARMING, INTENSE STARS.

I paused just outside of the front doors and took a deep breath, trying to get my bearings. I was twenty minutes early for my interview. My outfit was still wrinkle-free. My pad-folio was filled with extra copies of my resume and reference letters, and I’d rehearsed every possible question that Grayson Cole would ask:
Greatest weakness? My inability to settle for anything less than what I deserve. I’m stubborn and persistent.
The honest answer? My inability to overcome my schoolgirl crush on you even though you’re a self-righteous ass.
I would NOT be giving him the honest answer.
I am a lover of books, chocolate, reality TV, black labs, and cold weather. Seriously, if I had it my way, I would be curled up on the couch with all of those things... everyday.
I live in Texas where I spend my free time writing and reading. My favorite authors include Mindy Kaling & Jonathan Safran Foer. I'm a comedy geek and love all things "funny". Women like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Mindy Kaling are definitely the biggest inspirations for my writing, though I think my work tends to skew a bit smuttier than theirs.
