OK, so I was a bit weary about another step brother book because there are so many out there at the moment and some of them just are not that great.
But this is Bella Jewel and I was not going to pass it up.
Boy am I glad I read this book!
This is the story of Aria and Blade. Aria's mum is married to Blades dad.
Aria and her mum have a sad past. When Jack brings his 3 boys into the mix, things get interesting. The newly formed family as a whole each have their own baggage. But Aria, against her own wishes forms a bond not just with her new step father but also with her new step brothers.
I'm not going to give any more of the story away, but I'm will say this is a freaking awesome story. It is sad, and there is so much angst. There is lots of pushing and pulling between Aria and Blade, and this family is so full of secrets.
You will start to read this book and not want to put it down until the very end. I could have continued to read about Aria and Blade quite happily for much longer. There story is beautiful. It is about letting go of your worries of what others think and learning to accept yourself and your choices and living a happy and healthy life.
Oh and did I mention sexy? Yeah there is a whole lot of sexy in these pages!
Well done to Bella Jewel, you had me captivated from start to finish and left me wanting more!
