Isabella Gallo swore that she would never get involved with a bossy, domineering man after growing up with four brothers. Izzy is feisty and independent and refuses to let anyone tell her what to do….until she meets James. When James delivered a wedding to City from their brother Thomas who is deep undercover, the sparks between James and Izzy flew, add in some alcohol and a hotel room……and well you get the picture, Izzy sneaks out of the room with the intentions of never seeing or talking to James again.

A few months later, Izzy and James paths cross when Izzy falls into some trouble with hardcore MC and James comes to her rescue. Will Izzy be able to resist the sexy and oh so bossy James or will her need to be independent and answer to no one stop her from getting the one thing that she needs?

I have always loved Izzy whenever she made an appearance in any of the previous books. She is funny, feisty, confident and loyal to her family and friends . The way Chelle Bliss portrayed Izzy in this book was spot on. I could really feel and relate with Izzy’s struggle whether or not to let go of what she thinks she wants. James oh James! He is sex on a stick and a total alpha through and through. He was tough, bossy, protective and his softer side made me swoon. I also loved how well he meshed with the entire Gallo clan.

I really feel that Resist Me is the best book in the Men of Inked series. There was drama, action and a lot of funny moments. The twists and turns were fun to read and very believable. I highly recommend this book and this series to anyone who loves inked up alpha book boyfriends.

Throttled

City and Suzy are back in Throttled and as a fan of this series I couldn’t be happier. Throttled centers around City and Suzy’s wedding and you know where there are Gallo siblings there is mayhem and shenanigans.

I absolutely LOVED this novella! City is one sexy alpha and he does not disappoint. I love seeing his demanding and domineering side but his soft side is what makes me just adore City. It was great to see Suzy come out her shell a little bit and even throw out a swear word or two.

What really got me in this was we got to see everyone. We got to Michael and Mia, Anthony is still single of course, Izzy being the firecracker he is, Ma and Pop Gallo and then we get to meet James very briefly.

I thought this Novella was very sweet and what City and Suzy deserved after all they have been through and I thought it was an excellent introduction to Izzy’s story, Resist Me, the next book in the series.
