-LUCY-
There is a love so fierce it cannot be measured.
A heart so strong it will never slow.
There is a promise so sure it can never lie.
He promised me that love forever.
Even when it wasn't enough.

-CAMERON-
Forever. Everlasting. Eternal.
There is no measure of time.
No sounds of the ticking of a clock.
Just the rising and falling of the sun.
And our own sense of forever.

But our forever isn't always.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Hey Cam! So its really great to have you here at FMR today...

We'd like to start by asking you a few questions. Then the buzz round.

-We know you help out with Lucy's brothers a lot, do they get up to lots of mischief at home?

They're legit crazy. Especially little Logan. You know how there's always the black sheep. He's it. For sure. I never really thought of Lucas, her older brother, as a friend. He was always just Lucy's brother, but now, he's become one of my best friends. And Lachlan, that little kid is amazing. He's always so full of life. And Linc and Liam--I mean... don't tell anyone, but they've always kind of been my favorite. They were the ones to introduce me to Lucy. And Leo... he's still quiet. He always has been. I think if or when he starts college, the world will become his.

-What do you like to do with your free time?

Read Lucy.

-You seem to be surrounded by an amazing bunch of friends, what makes you all get on so well?

I think the fact that we're all so different. We bring a certain dynamic to the group. But we're beyond friends. We're family. And we get each other. No matter how near or far we are. I think the last few years with Logan and Dylan gone really show that.

-We love your girl Lucy and cannot wait to know more about you both. What is it that makes your girl shine brighter than the others?

She's fucking hot. No. I shouldn't say that. Lucy's like... okay. So there are guys out there that have a picture of their perfect girl, right? But they're all different. Some are saucy, some are sweet, some are quiet, some our loud... Lucy--she brings all of that to the table, and she knows when and how to use all these things. So she's every guys perfect girl, but in one. And I have her. So suck it.

-We NEED to ask about your middle name....ALADDIN!!!! Is this actually Disney movie related?

Can you write down that i've just sighed dramatically? Yes, it's related. My mom is crazy. Enough said.

-We are extremely excited here at FMR to be taken on the journey of you and Lucy, in three words only can you tell us what we can expect of More Than Forever?

Fierce Intense Emotional.

Ok, we are going to lighten up our interview by doing a buzz round now, you must answer each question!

1: baseball or football?

Baseball.

2: winter or summer?

Summers. The best sunsets happen then. And you'll know why that's so important to me when you read the story.

3: underwear or commando?

Commando. Although Luce hates it. She thinks my balls will sag down to my knees by the time I'm thirty, but she has no problem stripping my naked when she's in the mood.

4: tits or ass?

All of them. On my face. At the same time.

5: movies or books?

Movies for me. Books for Lucy. So my final answer? Books.

6: Lover or fighter?

A fighter of Love! LAME!

7: blonde or brunette?

Brunettes. Always.

8: bath or shower?

Showers, as long as there's a step stool. Because she's short, you know? Wait... what was the question?

9: early bird or night owl?

Early bird. Lucy got used to waking up early because of her brothers, so now we're both early risers. And we're the most energectic in the morning.

10: blowjob or handjob?

HA!

TEASERS

EXCERPT

Excerpt Three

I see her wobble on her feet before she slowly tumbles

to the ground. Her knees give out first, then the rest of

her. It feels like I should've gotten to her earlier, but

seconds of panic took place before my mind kicked into

gear. And the rest is a blur.

Her friend's standing over us while I rest her head on

my lap. "Lucy," I say. And it's the first time I've said

her name out loud. It'd been over three weeks since I'd

learned it.

"What happened?" Logan asks her friend.

"I don't know." She's as panicked as I am, if not

worse.

"Is she dehydrated?" Logan picks up what looks like an

uneaten sandwich. "Is this hers? Has she eaten?" I don't

know why it annoys me that Logan is asking all the right

questions and all I can do is stare down at her. She's

breathing, so I guess that's something.

He drops down on his knees on the other side of her and

pours water from his bottle into his hand, and then he

runs it across her forehead and into her hairline.

"Is she alright, mate?" Jake asks. He's new and has a

weird accent but Logan seems to think he's cool so we

keep him around.

Logan does the water thing again, and this time her

eyes slowly flutter open.

And I release the breath I was holding.

"It's okay," Logan says to her, "you just passed out."

He's in her face now, and I want to punch him for being

the first thing she sees when she comes to. I was here

first; I was the one watching her when she fell. It

should have been me.

Excerpt Four

"I hate that guy," Logan jerks his head toward Jake and

a new kid.

"The new kid? Dylan?"

He nods. "He thinks he owns the school."

"Really?" I glare over at them. "Apparently he kills

it on the basketball court, but I dunno." I shrug. "He

hasn't said two words to me. He seems quiet."

"Those are the ones you have to worry about, Cam. The

quiet broody assholes get all the girls. Better watch him

around that new girl of yours."

I play dumb. "What new girl?"

"Shut up, asshole. You don't think I notice you

watching her all the fucking time?"

I lift my chin. "I think if there's an asshole in this

entire school to watch out for, it's you."

He laughs and adjusts his cap. "You don't need to worry

about me. I'm not into stealing my friend's girls." He

shoves his hand in his catcher's glove and smacks my arm

with it. "Say the word. Claim her. I promise to stay away

and I'll make sure she's untouchable to everyone else."

"I'm not an asshole and she isn't property. I can't own

her."

"If that's what you want." He raises an eyebrow. "She's

cute. In a couple years she'll be hot. Guys will be all

over her. I'm just trying to help out."

I think about what he's saying, and he makes a good

point. Only he's wrong—she's hot now. "Fine. I claim her.

She's mine."

His smirk is instant. "You can't own someone, you pig.

She isn't property."

I laugh. "Fuck you."

Jake struts over to us. "Ya reckon that new kid Dylan

can hang out with us this arvo? He seems like a top

bloke."

Logan's gaze moves to me, confusion clear on his face.

I shrug. He lets out a chuckle before gripping both of

Jake's shoulders and shaking him gently. He looks him

right in the eye, speaking slowly and clearly. "I have no

idea what the fuck you just said."

The More Series

More Than This, #1

*Mikayla*

In one night my fairytale ended. Or it may have begun. This is my story of friendship and love, heartbreak and desire, and the strength to show weakness.

*Jake*

One night I met a girl. A sad and broken girl, but one more beautiful than any other. She laughed through her sadness, while I loved through her heartbreak.

*This is our story of a maybe ever after.*

He was right. It made no difference whether it was 6 months or 6 years.

I couldn’t undo what had been done. I couldn’t change the future.

I couldn’t even predict it.

It was one night.

One night when everything changed.

It was so much more than just the betrayal.

It was the Tragedy.

The Deaths.

The Murders.

But it was also that feeling.

The feeling of falling.

More Than Her, #2

For every action there is an equal or opposite reaction." For every choice you make there are rewards, or there are consequences. It was my choice to walk away the first time. And my choice to chase her the second. But sometimes you don't get a choice, and all you get are the consequences.” "Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” Unless that someone is Logan Matthews. Because loving him didn't give me the strength to walk away. It didn't give me the courage to fight for him. And when it was over, all it gave me was a broken heart.

More Than Him, #3

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us." - Marianne Williamson

We live in a world of darkness and shadows,
where monsters hide and aim to ruin.
And they did.
They ruined us and turned our dreams into nightmares.
But now we're back.
And we're fighting.
Not just for us, or for each other, but for our light.
