I had the privilege to BETA read this one, and from the very beginning I loved it! I just couldn’t put the book down.
I have loved every book from Chantal, however this is by far the best. I felt like I had stepped into an episode of a SOA spin-off (in a good way). I really enjoy the MC books but this one didn’t feel like I was reading just another MC book, it had more depth and passion.
Faye is a student working towards being a lawyer, while Dex is the VP of the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club. The way their relationship started out wasn’t traditional in any means and usually you would expect a relationship like that not to last.Faye finding her boyfriend cheating on her, goes to find comfort in the one person she should probably stay away from. Dex has always had an eye for Faye although she was dating his brother, but now she’s free of him.
One night is all Faye wanted. Now she is a law student living in an MC house with a baby on the way.
I loved the relationship that Faye and Dex had and how they complimented each other. The love between them is evident throughout the whole book. Not only did this book allow you to connect with Faye and Dex but it also got me invested in Tracker and Arrow and what their story may be.
Chantal has grown so much as an author and it is evident in this book compared to her earlier books. I honestly cannot wait to see the WDMC again in Arrow’s Hell and Trackers End.
